Each student receiving a district-issued Chromebook or iPad and charger in grades PK-12 will pay an annual non-refundable device insurance fee of $20 per device.
For families with multiple students, the device insurance fee will not exceed $60.
This is a single payment for the school year designed to cover the cost of your student's first accidental device damage. If the device insurance fee is not paid by September 5, 2025, or a payment plan is not in place, families will be required to pay the full cost of device repairs and replacement in the event of damage, including for the first incident.
